Meera Enterprises is fully committed to our Quality Management System (QMS), which has been Developed and implemented based on An ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS 18001:2007, in order to consistently provide the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of our business activity.

This behaviour-based QMS is applied rigorously to all our activities, from individual tasks to full-scope projects, to ensure that all quality objectives are met. Implementation of all QMS program requirements, including the proactive use of error prevention measures, is the duty of all Meera staff, its managing contractors and its Subcontractors.

Preventing quality problems by identifying and addressing risks and opportunities, rather than Detecting and correcting them after they occur, is a key characteristic of our QMS. We are committed to continually improving our ‘quality culture’ through the use of our human Performance programme to incorporate behaviour-based processes into our task Performance. The requirements and needs of our quality management system, including the proper assignment of organizational roles, responsibilities, and authorities, are Communicated, and understood, via a positive learning culture that encourages staff Consultation.

Meera Enterprises is fully committed to raising standards and continuous improvement in our QMS to allow us to be responsive to the changing needs of our customers as well as in the technologies we specialize.

There are many dimensions in which Meera Enterprises can compete, but none of these are meaningful for our customers without a foundation of quality. The responsibility for quality is something that must be owned by every person, every business, and every location that Meera calls home.

Our occupational health and safety policy consists of eight mandatory requirements. We are committed to:

    Ensure all people comply with local legislative requirements, Meera and customers standards. Where differences exist, we will adopt the higher standard.

    Ensure that health and safety implications are identified and reviewed for any impending or proposed changes in business operations.

    Establish emergency and crisis management programs to protect our people and properties.

  • Incident reporting investigation and prevention

    Investigate incidents promptly to prevent recurrence.

  • Management review and reporting

    Monitor and review our health and safety performance to drive continual improvement
